Status of Ceded Lands Case: Hawaii v. Office of Hawaiian Affairs

The U.S. Supreme Court has set argument for the ceded lands case (Hawaii v. Office of Hawaii Affairs, Docket 07-1372) for Wednesday, February 25, 2009.
